PACE

This innovative training solutions target newly assigned members of the command team, such as AF Squadron Commanders, Superintendents, and First Sergeants, so that important concepts and principles are taught early and can be applied throughout their assignment.

This program includes a high-level overview of Emotional Intelligence, Empathetic Listening, Team Building, and Followership. Hosted on an AF learning management system, it will deliver stand-alone microlearning content, facilitator guides, and lesson plans to support an integrated multi-disciplinary solution for a Squadron Command Team Product Line.

In this project I had the privilege to collaborate in the storyboard process.

Making sure the there was an understanding in expectations, development limitations, continuity, standardization and adequate development notes.

I was also given the opportunity to select the stock images used through the modules and I learned how to program drag and drop activities and further program knowledge checks.

Challenges included: loosing a team member mid project and becoming the appointed person to onboard our new hire.

This is possibly one of my favorite projects I did at ECS. It was a subject matter I could easily connect with.
